Great America Committee cannot accept contributions from corporations, unions, federal government contractors or foreign nationals. Contributions to Great America Committee will be used for political purposes, including making contributions to candidates for Congress. Contributions are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Great America Committee is required by law to make its best efforts to collect and report to the Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each person who donates more than $200 to Great America Committee in a calendar year. The FEC makes this information and the amount of the contributions publicly available on its website. Great America Committee may not solicit or accept donations from persons who are not U.S. citizens or green card holders.
